The first guy is the ME, speakin into his dictaphone. The second guy is a cop, who automatically thinks that as the 'victim' was decapitated then that must have been the cause of death

It's actually from the screenplay I'm writing, 'Nite Hunter'.
The ME/Coroner is examining the body and realises that due to the lack of bleeding the 'victim' was already dead when his head was cut off.
